What we do

At Beach Buns Bakery, we create fresh & delicious baked goods using wholesome ingredients, including local and seasonal produce whenever possible.

Along with our signature, scratch-recipe buns, we offer a rotating assortment of homestyle treats.

Some of our favorites are lemon bars, made with fresh lemon juice; blueberry crumble, made with heaps of Jersey-fresh blueberries; and - trust us - macro muffins, made with fruits and whole grains, especially for people who count calories but want every bite to be delicious.

Who we are

Beach Buns Bakery is a small, woman-owned business serving Atlantic County, New Jersey.

Christine DeRias - owner and head baker - is a fitness buff with a sweet tooth. Her philosophy is that if you're going to treat yourself, it better be delicious and made from the best ingredients.

Beach Buns Bakery is a long time in the making. Christine has been baking for family and friends for more than twenty years. She is excited to finally share the love with all of you.
